The breaking time of fuse drop out fuse should be stepped with that of the upper circuit breaker. When the system short-circuit current is 10kA, the full breaking time of the RW11-12 fuse is ≤ 0.05 seconds. A vacuum circuit breaker with an operating time of ≥ 0.15 seconds is required to prevent over-tripping.
